Naar Schilderijen en Teekeningen van A. Salm’ (Java. After Paintings and Drawings of A. Salm), in Amsterdam in 1872. Abraham Salm was a Dutch Surabaja based merchant and tobacco planter, who spent twenty-one years of his life in Indonesia.
